Why I build with AI (and curiosity)
AIProductMicrosoft
Start small, think big
I've been helping customers ship Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot agents for a few months now. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that adoption is never won with a demo — it's won in the details.
- A first agent should solve one thing well.
- Names matter: if nobody knows what it's called, nobody calls it.
- Governance isn't a brake; it's what allows you to scale.
The playing field shifted
Designing products today feels almost indistinguishable from designing conversations. The interface gets softer, more permeable: sometimes a chat, sometimes a pane, sometimes just a well-written notification.
That's where curiosity becomes a competitive advantage: try new things, break them, understand why they failed, try again.
