PortPro
Platform built with the Port of Valencia: a mobile app for truck drivers and control software for port operators — with traffic forecasting, real-time KPIs and shipment-level tracking.
PortPro is a logistics-control and management software that lets ports cut operation times while also helping carriers save waiting time.

It's two products in one, designed to talk to both ends of the same problem. On one side, a mobile app for the truck driver who books the port operation before hitting the road: an onboarding with a very direct promise («book your port operations and avoid wasting time»), visual terminal selection — APM Terminals, MSCTV, Noatum-CTV — and a calendar that surfaces expected traffic and weather at each hour.

On the other side, a control platform for port operators and administrators. The «Tracking Movement List» concentrates operational KPIs on a single screen — total, assigned and failed shipments — on top of a weekly analytical view sliced by hour and terminal, designed so bottlenecks reveal themselves at a glance. Layered on top is the modify-operation panel: reason (out of service, holiday, accident) and duration (all day, all week, select more) — because incidents don't ask first.

When the question shifts from «show me this week» to «show me this detail», the operator opens the filter panel: date, time slot, operation type (load / unload), truck brand, company and duration. The interface keeps the same visual hierarchy — header, KPIs, database, filters, data — so switching modes doesn't force the user to relearn the screen.

At the individual shipment level, the Tracking History view follows each truck across its full route: current location, departure and arrival waypoints, an average port-time chart that compares Noatum, MSC and Media, and a side widget with relevant ValenciaPort news. The intent was for operational data and port context to live in the same single read, without forcing the operator to jump between tools. The «Issues Control Panel» module collects the day's incidents — time lost in loading, check-in delays and cancellations — on top of a real port map.

Understanding what happened today isn't the same as understanding what happens over a year. That's why PortPro keeps its last tab for the big picture.
Analytics
Efficiency, measured where there used to be only intuition.
The Analytics panel compares yearly efficiency with and without PortPro, scores productivity out of 10 (9.5 in this scenario) and surfaces the real reduction of CO₂ emissions per terminal. It's the piece that closes the business case: the system doesn't just organise the port, it shows the impact.
